Poly Fax Recently?

Has anyone sent a room request to the Poly lately? I've tried multiple times and it just continues to ring and never answers. TIA

I doubt they are doing faxes any longer. The DVC resorts (which is all that is currently open at the Poly) don't do them.

Yep. In 2016 we rented points (BWV) and made the request in online check in. It was "close to the lobby" which we got.

As you now know the Poly regular resort rooms are still closed with only DVC open and DVC only uses Member services requests (online or by phone) for requests beyond the limited Online Check-in options.

Your best and only option is to call central reservations and have your request(s) noted on your reservation and don't make any selections when you do Online Check-in as they will override any notes on your reservation.

Touring plans doesn't even do faxes. They have an email they use. And yes, for Villa Resorts booked on a cash basis they WILL do that if you're a TP member.
