I spend half my money on WDW, and waste the rest.

Still not much change but a rainy day may as well pop over. Not the best quality/color that day sorry. The weather has been amazing otherwise.

Took a few from a top floor of rooms.

Cool! Thanks!! I'm hoping to hit the Powerball (or rob Gringott's--probably the same chances of success) and stay there one day!

From one of the shots, it looks like the balcony is divided. There aren't two units per building, are there?

I think it's a safety measure maybe? Only access from the master? So kids don't fall in? Not sure either.

Those units look very nice, I think we will have to put it on our bucket list:)

I think one side is the pool and the other is the deck. :confused3

I have to say it sure does diminish the view from the hotel behind it now:( Hate to pay for MK view and get a ground floor room right behind one of them.

Welcome to my last trip. The building behind it is Hawaii, which is club level, so that can give you a feel for what a "Lagoon view" first floor from there is like.

And it's pretty clearly two different suites. I wouldn't be surprised it it were four.

Looks like a dryer vent would blow right on you if you were in one of those hanging chairs.

That sucks that you paid so much money for what is essentially a construction view..

Can you still see the castle at all from that side of Hawaii on the ground floor? I assume you can still see the fireworks OK from the patios?

I was interested in a ground floor room in Hawaii, on the side furthest away from the lounge, but since those rooms are right behind the new bungalows, it seems like the view will be really poor now... Particularly from that far end of the longhouse. :confused3

Just wondering what is going to stop anyone in a rental watercraft from pulling up to one of the DVC Villas, climbing on the deck and stopping by for a visit???:confused3 Nice pictures!!! Thanks for sharing:)

The bungalows will be one unit each. Kinda hard to share a plunge pool between units.

You can only see the castle in the gaps between the buildings from the ground floor. The bungalows start just about at the edge of the building; the other side was screened off, so I don't know how Far East they went.

The boat parade is invisible from the ground floor.

I'm being pretty mean about Hawaii, but the LV of that building is not what they suggest it is. My guess the park view rooms are just fine, but the first floor there doesn't have much of a view. If your staying there and want the first floor, save the money and go GL.

Thank you for sharing! The photos are great!! No matter how often we go to WDW or how many new things we experience, my Bucket List just keeps getting longer!;)

Those look so beautiful. I would love to stay in a bungalow on the water with it's own pool! I'm surprised Disney hasn't thought of something like this sooner.

All the over-water bldgs look the same size, so I assume some are 2-bdrm (1 rental per bungalow), some are 1-bdrm (2 rentals per bungalow), and some are studio (3 or 4 rentals per bungalow).

Does anyone know for sure?

All the bungalows are 2 bedroom. The studios are in the longhouses that were converted. There are no 1 bedrooms.
