Poly- Cost to rent studio for 1 week in Oct?

What would be a reasonable amount to pay a DVC member to rent their Poly points for 7 nights in October? Cash price through Disny would probably be $4500

A rental company will charge $17-20pp for Poly points, which are some of the most in-demand and hardest to get in the rental market. I wouldn't expect any bargains, especially for an October booking that demands home resort points.

Even $25-30/pt would be a bargain. Would end up ~$3500 vs paying Disney $4500

I dunno. I have seen owners charging $20. They know what the broker waitlists for poly points looks like.

That doesn’t surprise me. It shocks me when owners rent for $15/16 when DVC chargers 19 for one time use points. It’s an owners market for sure.
