Poly connecting studios

Has anyone asked and received connecting studios at the Poly? Is this just a request or can they make it guaranteed?

If we travel with the grand kids I would like to have connecting rooms.

It is treated as the top request. Unfortunately, not guaranteed thought.

All reports I have read indicate anyone asking for a connecting studio has received it. We travel with DW's niece and her family in October and are staying at PVB for a few nights (asking for connecting rooms).

My understanding is that most (but not all) PVB studios connect with another studio. Reportedly, there are hallways that have an odd number of rooms.

There are only two non connecting studios at PVB and they are on the first floor of Tokelau. Studios #1927 and #1930 are facing east on the side opposite the Oasis Pool, which is still under construction. They are in the center of the longhouse, just off the lobby.

I asked for and received connnecting lakeview studios in Oct, but as mentioned it's not guaranteed. Since so many connect it ought to happen but I'd be a wee bit worried if I was looking for that because I wanted younger children to be in the second room.
