Poly Concierge?

Hey everyone! Still kinda new to posting on the boards (I've been reading for some time now) and I just made reservations for the Polynesian Concierge for July 21-31!!!!! So excited!!!!!!

Anyways, I was just curious if anyone had ever stayed there...what is it like? any stories to share about your stay? Having never stayed at the Polynesian I'd love to hear about your experiences! I do love me some O'hana though!

Also, I have stayed at the Grand Floridian Concierge and the Contemporary Club Concierge (12th floor) and they have called me sometime before I left to see if i needed or wanted anything (i.e. PS)...will the polynesian do the same? If so, when should I expect the call?

Hi Jungle Josh! I haven't stayed at the Poly yet either, but we are booked for July 29th -Aug 8th, so I can't wait to here the info also! Maybe we will see you there!

You will love the poly conc! They serve snacks all throught the day and always have bottled water so make sure to grab some before heading to the park - they are the nice smaller ones.
We loved the assistance we got with all of our reservations so make sure to contact them and have them schedule all of your dining in advance.
Also, we were there because I got my masters degree and they sure went out of thier way. One night we got champane and the next a giant poly chocolate bar.

Recent reports have indicated that the bottled water is no longer available from the concierge service at any of the deluxe resorts.
