Poly Concierge Service questions

When does the Concierge send you a Itinerary for your trip. If we
go it will be last minute. Will they call or just send you one in the mail. I am thinking our trip will be 20-25 days out when we make reservations. It will be last minute. I hope we can even get in, but will try. Just wondering. We have never stayed concierge before and do not know how it really works. Any info would be helpful.

Hi,
By itinerary, do you mean a letter where you write in specific requests? When I made my reservations for Poly Concierge, they sent out a questionaire two weeks later. Besides calling them or e-mailing them (as above) with specific requests, you can also wait until you get there. They can help you right then with any meal reservations or just about anything else. I have filled out the forms in the past, only to change my mind when I get there. Just about everything can be done last minute at the concierge desk. The only thing I planned in advance this time is The Hoop-De-Doo Review, as it fills up fast. Have a great time!

The only thing I am really wanting is Cindy's for breakfast, and Ohana for dinner one night. Third, is a dinner reservation for me and my husband but we have not decided where yet. The other thing is the Neverland club, I hope we can get in there one night for the girls so DH and I can go out to dinner. Being July and a busy season, I didn't know if it will be to late that even the Concierge staff couldn't get us in.

We just got back from a 2 week trip to WDW. Our first 5 nights we stayed at BWV (we are DVC members) and when we checked in they gave us our itinerary (we were having a grand gathering). When we checked into the Poly they did give us an itinerary but it was only the items they had booked for us. I would rather have the same one we rec'd at BWV which had all our ps for that week on it.

4greatboys - You can get the itinerary with the whole week at the Poly, too, just ask for it. They have it stored in both formats, they sent me one in April that had just a few, and when I emailed and asked about the others, they emailed a new one.
