Poly Concierge questions

My sister and I are planning to surprise our little ones with a trip to Disney World next summer. Our families traveled together to WDW in Sept 2003 and had a great time. For that trip we stayed at WL Concierge level and loved it. We decided to try the Poly this time around, and well, we want the convenience and help of the concierge again! Our husbands are jealous, but are unable to get the time off from work and have other obligations.
I was 10 years old the last time I stayed at the Poly...so please pardon the questions.. First, which buildings house concierge level rooms? Is one location "preferred" by more people? We are looking at having a lagoon view room, hoping that will give us a view of the MK and castle. In which building is the concierge lounge located?
We can't wait for our trip together! We aren't telling the kids (my niece will be 10 and my son 3).

concierge is in the hawaii building..

depending on your preferences here's a little info..

1st floor has walk out balconies and you can walk right to the beach from your room.. just don't leave your door open or you'll have a room full of ducks.. hahaha

2nd floor where concierge is, but now balconies on this floor..

and 3rd floor has balconies, and half the floor is smoking.. however, everybody i've talked to swears there is no smoke smell up there..

our favorite is the 1st floor...

also the website posted by dylansdad is the best for any info regarding the poly.. also, if you want to be guranteed a view of the MK then be careful which room you request some balconies are right behind a palm tree... again.. the reason we love the 1st floor..
