Just and FYI. I just heard back for the Poly Concierge. I asked them what there evening appetizers were so we could plan our PS Dinners accordingly. I know these do not take the place of dinner but I wanted to know which nights we should have a "Big dinner" vs. "Counter Service"

Here is what they told me...

Tentative Concierge Menu

Each night there is a different offering in addition to the following;

Fresh Cut Fruit Platter
Crudite Tray
Cheese & Crackers
Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches

Fruit Salad
