We were at the Poly the last week of September and I thought I'd give a brief report of our trip. On our trip was my dh (33 and not a believer of any sort of magic), my dd (14 - this was her 5th trip to Disney), my ds (4 and his first trip), and me (36 and a little tired now being 11 weeks pregnant).
I have to say the trip was perfect. Our flight was perfect, the driver from YOURRIDE was perfect, concierge lived up to any expectations I had, Poly room was great, maid service was very good, Disney's magic was still there. There were NO CROWDS and we could walk onto rides which was awesome. Transportation was great. Even the buses came quickly. One night we had went over to Beaches & Cream (bus from MK) for dinner, and we got on the bus to go back to MK to catch the monorail to the Poly. The bus driver asked where we were going, and dropped us at the Poly so we could avoid the mad exit at the MK. Very nice. Concierge was able to get me the first sitting at Cindy's which was awesome. Afterwards, we went downstairs and it was right before the park was opening. My ds was chosen to "open Fantasyland" (waiving of the sword). Very cute for the pictures. Concierge sent us champagne, chocolates, and a chocolate Minnie/Mickey for our anniversary and for my dd's birthday balloons and a cake. I'm a little tired to write about our daily agenda, but I'll be happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend the Poly if you've never stayed there. And would definitely do concierge again - for us it was worth it.
