Poly at Christmas Time

Does the Poly have any Christmas decorations? I know people rave about the decor during the holidays at WL but we were just at the WL and wanted to try something new and stay at the Poly. The more posts I read, the more I wished I had stayed at WL since it will be Christmas time. Someone tell me I will see some Christmas decor at the Poly...

I remember that last year there were not a whole lot of decorations at the Poly resort. There was a Christmas tree near the front door and some poinsettias were mixed in with the greenery in the first floor lobby. It was nothing special IMO!

Poly does decorate for Christmas, but keeping with the Hawaiian theme it is not like GF or WL. We'll be at Poly during the holidays and am trying to think positive aboiut the 'different' style of decorations, but the resort is so gorgeous it will more than make up for the lack of homey decorations

From those pictures, it was actually more decorated than I remembered!! It's funny how only some of the decorations stuck in my memory. The tree and the poinsettias in the waterfall are exactly how I remembered them. I didn't remember the garland or the wreaths.

Thanks for the link, I guess I'll have to go resort hopping to get my fill of the more traditional Christmas decorations. I'm sure I'll be happy at the Poly no matter what. Thanks again!
