Poly and BWV

I just booked a super last minute trip for next week! We had no plans to come back in 2020 because I’m out of points but we’re able to rent and could not pass up an amazing deal on points. We’re staying two nights at Poly and 4 at BWV. Can anyone update me on any that I need to know for either resort right now. I know that Ohana is closed but what about pool bars? Is there anything happening at the boardwalk ie Magic shows, or is it a ghost town? Thanks for any advice.

Trader Sams is closed. The Oasis bar (is that a pool bar?) is closed. Ohana is closed. ANd Kona Island (that little sushi bar) is closed. The lobby, I think, is undergoing renos of some sort. Tambu lounge and Kona are open.

BWV has no shows and most thing are closed. Only La Trattoria and Abracadbar are open. The lounge in BW (Belle Vue) is closed. I thing the clown pool (just slide) is closed for renos too. The ice cream place (something hills or farms) closed permanently. I can look up the stands to see what's open. But I hear BW is a ghost town. Over at Beach and Yacht some stuff is open, like Hurricane Hannas and Ale and Compass and ..... (be right back)

BW- the bakery is open but the stands/carts are not. Pizza window is open. No flying fish, ESPN Club or Big River brewing. No Belle Vue but yes to Abracadabar. And yes to La Trattoria.

The clown pool is OPEN but the slide is being refurbed. Pool bar is open, Leaping Horse.

BC/YC....Beaches and Cream is also open (as well as Ale and Compass). Martha's Vineyard lounge is open (and Hurricane Hannas pool bar) while Crew's Cup Lounge is closed. No Cape May or Yachtsman.

Captain Cook's and the Pineapple Lanai are open.

Poly- Barefoot pool bar, pineapple lanai and capt cooks are open as well as Kona and Tambu lounge. Not sure what Oasis bar is but it's closed with Ohana, Trader Sams and Kona Island. And no Luau.

Oasis Bar is the pool bar next to the large quiet pool. Makes sense that it would be closed.

We just returned from a short visit at BWV. The boardwalk is a total ghost town. We often stay at the BWI and it was a bit of a shock to see how quiet it was. The main pool is open and heated but the quiet pool though open is most definitely not heated. Entrance to Epcot was nice and easy through the international gateway. Have a great trip.
