Hello there
Anyone ever stay in the ambassador suite at the Poly? Wondering if any type of discounts, codes, or AAA ever apply.
Called several times to make ressies for the suites and was always told the whole month of Dec 2004 was blocked out. Finally called back and asked the CR why every date and every suite I requested was blocked. My call was transfered over to Guest Services where I was able to reserve the ambassador suite but the reservation # is only 8 digits long. This concerns me because my other reservations were 12 digits. Any need to be concerned?
There used to be a site where you could check your reservations on-line, does it still exist? Thanks
