Pollo Campero - not part of DDP?

Hi,
Just noticed a new restaurant posted for DTD. Is this an independently run business or part of the DDP? The photos for the desserts look yummy.

It is brand new - and it's a chain, not owned by Disney. I don't know if it takes the DDP or not, but I wouldn't automatically assume that they do.

In fact it is a good assumption that they don't, as most third party restaurants at DTD do not. However, we don't currently have any reports either way.
