Sadly planning on the long line at rope drop and again close to closing for Toy Story Mania. Sigh they could have at least kept The Great Movie Ride open until Toy Story Land opened.

Planning to hit TSMM during AM EMH if we can get the SDD FP on day 2 of our trip. The best laid plan can go awry on FP selection day.

So ready for Universal next year lol.

I don’t think we know yet what the lines at any of the attractions will look like at park open or close. With 3 tracks running and 2 new attractions opening, I feel like TSM will be manageable at RD.

We aren’t going until October, so I’ll have time to see how things shape up, but my initial gut feeling is to RD TSM and get FP for SDD. I don’t care one way or the other if I get to ride AS2.

We have 2 1/2 days at DHS planned and will FP TSMM on one and Slinky on the other. I'm not sure what I would do if I were only going one day. We travel in August, so probably Slinky because it will be a madhouse for the new stuff and RD TSMM.

A new thought, given the results of this poll so far it's looking like Slinky will be the choice for most people in the short term. That will hopefully mean that a same day TSMM will become more likely. So a good strategy may be to get your 3 FP in DHS as early as possible and try to snag TSMM as the 4th.

Shooting for SDD with TSM as a backup. I'll see what the line is like for Alien Saucers to see if we will bother riding.

I think SDD will be as popular as Seven Dwarves Mine Train. It's a "family" coaster in a park that has traditionally lacked family friendly rides once they started shuttering all the "making of movies" attractions.

So .. I'd go that ... and probably RD the saucers or TSMM.

WHETHER you can get that on your Fast Pass day is another issue all together.

Oh I agree with you 100% on what to do after TSL opens. I just like to kvetch about them closing my favorite ride TGMR.

SDD looks cute, but it seems like a kiddie coaster. Hubby loves TSMM so I would probably still choose that one.

I've been on Toy Story ride so many times, time to try something new. So ya, without a doubt i'd pick something new. Slinky gets my vote.

Slinky is the obvious choice here due to the larger demand for it. I expect TSM's lines to be easier with the new attractions added. I could take or leave Alien Swirling Saucers and also think it will be easier to hit first thing in the day with a Slinky Dog FP.

Doing Slinky one day and TSMM another day. I think each new TSL ride will not be must dos for us. We do want to try them but my kids are into the thrill rides and TSMM.

I can't imagine anyone using a FP on the Alien Saucers.

60-days out Slinky FP's will be gone*
30-days out TSM FP's will be gone.
Alien Saucers is the only option a lot of people will have.
