We are going June 6-18, split stay between BCV and BLT. We chose that time frame both to hit Star Wars Weekends and because DH works in schools, so we can go for an extended period of time in the summer, as there's no work for him to get back to quickly. Obviously, SWW will not be working out for us, but I'm still excited about having that length of time at WDW.

I'm actually not going till 2017, but will be doing January after the Disney Marathon and before the Martin Luther King Holiday -- mini trip four nights / three days. I was originally going to do March over my son who is in college's spring break, but I didn't like the crowds I saw for the afternoon at the Magic Kingdom after the Keys to the Kingdom tour, so am trying January instead when the crowds look manageable. This was based on ride time wait projections in touringplans.com. Sure I might be able to get a few fastpasses, but not for everything that would have long lines in March. DS doesn't start his spring semester until after the MLK holiday, meaning we can go at a non busy time even though we are tied to the school schedule.

Plan A -- This is if just DS and I go
Rent car
Stay at Disney Springs Holiday Inn four nights -- getting a double queen room with pool view and balcony
Day 1 -- SeaWorld
Day 2 -- Magic Kingdom (Keys to the Kingdom tour, followed by doing our favorite MK attractions)
Day 3 -- Disney Hollywood Studios

Plan B -- This is if DS, DH, and I go. DH doesn't care for Orlando, but DS thinks he should come down to see the Harry Potter stuff at Universal since he's such a big Harry Potter fan. DS would like to show DH this.
Stay at Cabana Bay at Universal for four nights -- just so we can get early entry to the Universal Parks and we'd stay there the whole time, just so we don't have to move.

Day 2 -- Magic Kingdom (Keys to the Kingdom tour, followed by doing our favorite MK attractions)
Day 3 -- Park Hopper at Universal

Taking my first ever summer trip. Our very first trip in 02 was in May and we saw the Flower and Garden and at least back then it was a great time. Very slow and good crowd wise although VERY hot. The next three times we went 05, 08 and 10 were all in the fall. October, November and one that went into beginning of December. My fave time of year to go is during Food and Wine but my kids are in HS now and to get the kind of trip we want we are forced to go in summer. We are leaving on my bday and flying from CA. Will spend 6 days in the parks. 1 day at TL and then 3 days at Univ/IOA before heading home. We are staying in our timeshare which is great for saving money but not so great as far as getting around and FP etc. I am nervous about the weather and crowds but praying it is a good trip as it has been a LONG time and who knows when we will get back

A good plan, no matter when you intend to go.

I plan on going every month beside january some will be a long weekend ( thursday- saturday) some a 6 day trip and some most a long day trip I live 4 hours so a little easy for me, but this month is still new so i may go down for a day.

We're driving down for a 10-night stay at the Yacht Club May 16-26. We picked this time for relatively lower crowds and heat without having to take the kids out of school for an extended period. Our oldest is also in cheerleading, and this time fits better between the end of competitions and the start of practice for the next season (mini rant - professional hockey players get more time off). We're looking forward to being able to walk to Epcot and were excited to hear that F&G would be extended through the end of May. We're also looking forward to taking a slower pace since we'll have 10 days and, for our first time ever, park hoppers.

Feb 3, for 10 nights - last trip on this AP. Then, on to other destinations for the next few years. The many Disney changes are not making us very happy - was sooo nice in the 80's - 90's when we went. Less crowds and more 'user friendly'! :goodvibes

We've got a trip booked from Apr 18 to May 19. Will be at WDW (BWV and VGF) for all but 5 days which are at Universal. Picked these dates because we have an annual pass expiring in Oct, had just been in Dec, didn't want to go in the summer and kid was going back to school in Sept, so that left Apr/May as the only other time to go.

Right now I'm booked for March and May. My husband is waffling about which time frame would be better for me to not be home to sign for packages (solo trip) so once he figures it out, I'll cancel the extra trip.

I'm also looking at something in maybe late August or September - I want to get in one last trip before my AP expires since I'm probably not getting an AP in 2017.

first week in June (as soon as daughter is out of school), 5 nights at AoA resort (first time at that resort). 6th WDW/DL trip for her, 17th for me, just the two of us this time.

I'm driving down from PA September 10, picking up my parents in NC, and completing the trip on the 12th. We'll be there for 9 nights at a Poly studio villa! This trip celebrates both parents' birthdays (Mom's on the 16th, Dad's on the 20th). We're planning a relaxing trip with lots of new experiences (resort touring, BoardWalk, nicer dining) and character meets (my mom's severe motion sickness prevents her from doing most rides). Everything is mostly planned out, and now we're just waiting for the initial park hours to be released and the window for dining reservations to open!

We will be driving down and staying October 7-16 at Port Orleans French Quarter.

We are celebrating DD 16th birthday and DS is coming from an oversea station as a birthday surprise. We've never had the opportunity to see the Halloween decorations or experience EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival. We are super excited!!!

DH, DS2, and I are staying at POFQ (first time) from March 5-13! DS1 and his GF just got back from staying there the week before Christmas and loved it. We chose this time because it worked out for all three of us to be off at that time and the weather will hopefully be nice enough to do a water park (also first time). We will be driving down- 6 hours- but mainly using WDW transportation while there.

2016 is going to be a really exciting year for me and I think Jan is the only time I wont be around.. We'll be staying at POFQ the week of Feb 22 just after the princess marathon with the goal of finalizing an apartment for an easter week move to the orlando area. I also made work arrangements in july for the weeks surrounding the dis 10th anniversary so I hope to attend everything they are planning and meet everyone else making the trek down for it!

In 2014, I did my first non-summer trip to WDW and it has really changed my view of WDW, when to go, and what else there is to do. Prior to that trip, disney was very stale to me because it was basically the same trip just costing more and more money to do. Once I got the opportunity to experience other seasons and events, everything really changed and it sparked this new desire to "experience everything myself".

I'm heading down mid April with a friend who hasn't been to Disney World in over 20 years!!! It's going to be a great time showing her everything that changed.

Then I'm coming back with my family for probably mid-November. This isn't finalized yet.

Both times we'll be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani. Picked April for the Flower and Garden Festival and November just cause that's the best time for me, my brother and nephew and parents to go.
