So, who's planning on dressing up?? DS will be a pirate again just like last time. In fact, if it still fits it will be the same costume!

I got us some 75% off costumes today....DH said "are you SURE other adults will be dressed up??"

Damned if I know! So will we be the only ones?

Not at all!! We didn't bring costumes for ourselves last time, only DS. There were LOTS of adults and kids dressed up. We sort of regretted not having one.

Where'd you get your costumes? I'd like to get some for DH and me, but don't want to spend too much because I"m sure we probably won't be wearing them again.

I got them at K-mart, we tried a few places but they had the best selection still. If you are going to get some go now - a lot of places were starting to pack them away or were pretty picked over.
I was going to make them, but costumes for me, dh and ds were only $25all together, I couldn't even buy the fabric for that (nevermind the time)

Buy Costumes dot com has some really good deals! That's where we got DS's costume last time. I think he will need a bigger size for 2008 so I may have to order a new one.

My DH said tonight he would like to go while our business is slow, and to give it to the kids as a Christmas Present!! We will be there for the first week of February!

We're going Feb. 2. I ordered the tix yesterday. Though, when I called and asked for P&PP tix for Feb. 2 the guy told me they were out. For a second I was about to freak out because we had already booked the airfare and we are only going for the weekend just for the party! I started to say WHAT!? And he said, "Just kidding!" Hahahaha. He almost gave me a heart attack. )

We ordered our tickets on Tuesday for February 22d. Had to add another night to our stay. DH called DVC Member Services and asked about the Villa for Friday night first - I told him that if it was available then it was a sign we should stay and go to the party. The number of points needed for a Friday night is high but with two teenage girls that trip, we thought it would be worth it. DD loved the party in August.

A group of us from NH (19) will be going Feb. 22. We wnet last Feb. and had such a good time. Can't wait!!
