I used to be more prepared. I still have the supplies like flashlights that don't need batteries, tarps, etc... But no longer have stock of food or water. So, I guess that would be a "no"

Yes. We made it through Sandy and ended up being boated out of our home. Found out that one can't really prep for it all. Just go with the flow and pray for the best.

Yes we are prepared, we even have a generator.
