Hi,
My family has stayed at both resorts, but at Jambo in a regular guest room before it was DVC. We stayed in Kildani last June in a 2BR. Having stayed at several DVC resorts, it was probably the largest space with that extra bathroom. That came in handy with 4 teenage girls (2 daughters and 2 nieces)! The lobby, outside areas and the restaurant "Sanna" were all very nice. We did find the walk very long to the room and to the fitness and pool area. It made it less desirable for a quick dip or workout. probably would be tiring for younger kids. The artwork in the hallways was a nice distraction and we had a great view of the Savannah.
When we have stayed in Jambo House we loved the pool, fitness, lobby, gift shop and the cs, and all were convenient. There is a lot more activity in this lobby. We also love Boma and dine there frequently. We are staying there again this March after our Disney Cruise in a 2BDR villa, mostly for the convenience, but we wanted to see how they changed the rooms into villas too.
