My favorite is the Cape May character breakfast at the Beach Club resort. We had the best luck visiting with characters, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the set up of the room was great. Less crazy than the Crystal Palace.
Another vote for Cape May Cafe & Lilo & Stitch. Didn't like crystal palace much. Chef Mickey's was okay. Trying the princess bkft in Norway this trip so can't say if it's good or bad yet....
Crystal Palace had the best food. We liked Chef Mickeys for dinner (not breakfast). We also really liked Cape May breakfast - Mickey, Minnie, Goofy etc are all dressed in beach wear - great interaction and good food.
For me, the best character breakfast is a tie between Chef Mickey's & Crystal Palace. Both have good food, great atmospheres, wonderful character interaction & good service. Both are very enjoyable & alot of fun. IMO, you can't go wrong with either.
Crystal Palace has the best food & really good character interaction. (Pooh & Friends) O'hana has a great environment & great character interaction as well.(Lilo, Stitch, Mickey & Gang)
We go to the character breakfast at the Crystal Palace in the MK every time we visit WDW. We find the character interaction excellent. The food is wonderful.
Another vote for Crystal Palace. Our all time favorite character breakfast (we have also done Chef Mickey's and Minnie's Menehue (now Ohanas) and the Princess Breakfast at in Norway. We are trying Cape May Cafe this year because we hear it is really good, along iwth our usual trip to the Crystal Palace for the puffed french toast and hugs from Pooh and Eeyore and the others.
Crystal Palace is good, but I really prefer it for Dinner which they do an amazingly great buffet for. Breakfast is Chef Mickey's and Norway for Princesses. Both do a great job for food and interactions.
The Lilo & Stitch character breakfast at Ohana is my favorite. I prefer family style instead of buffet, the only bad thing is there isn't much variety.
I am searching this thread to see reviews on the character breakfast and think I might be not getting it. LOL
We have reservations for Once Upon a Breakfast at CInderella's Castle....but I don't see that anywhere on this thread. Is there an abbreviation for it that i'm missing......
I'm guessing that Chef Mickey, Crystal Palace and Ohana are best ones from the majority on this thread. Yet i've heard of none of those!
FWIW - i have a 3 year old and this is the first trip to FL since me and dh have been married. I lived there when i was 12 and went a few times...but obviously things have changed in 20+ years.
Can someone help me out? Point me the right direction?
