I'm so sorry to ask this...but I don't think that the points calculator is right. I'd like to double check it. Is there another site that I could check it against?

For the week of Nov. 26-Dec. 4, 2004...I checked WLV studio vs. 2 bedroom & it's very conflicting. It has a Sat. in magic season (nov. 2&) in a studio...as 14 points???? The 2 bedroom points look right for that night though {75}. There were some other inconsistencies too. Weird.

Anyone know of another site I could check?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just checked the guide book that DVC sent me when I requested information, and it has listed a studio in Magic season on Sat. nite is 32 points.

I don't know where you could find the points listed elsewhere, but you can email me if you need to!!

Hi Jeanie,

I just checked my Vacation Planner and Nov.26 is Magic Fri. 32points.
Nov27-Nov.30 is choice Nov.27 Sat. 23 points Nov.28-Nov.30th 12 points

Dec. 1-Dec.3 is Adventure Dec1-Dec.2 is 12 points and Fri. Dec. 3 is 22 points

Total points is 137 in a studio at VWL>

The dates you picked (if they are 2004) span 3 different seasons and included 3-4 weekend nights. Here's the breakout. If you are a member, you could also use the point calculator on the member site.

According to the vacation calculator on the DVC member site, the nite of Sat Nov 27th 2004 at VWL will run you:
23 pts in a studio
47 pts in a 1BR
61 pts in a 2BR.

The entire time you specify, which includes 3 of those pricy weekend nights, the first two of which are in high season, will run you:
137 pts in a VWL studio
268 pts in a VWL 1BR
352 pts in a VWL 2BR

This is from the vacation calculator on the DVC member site at dvcmember.com. The logon is: ********* and the password is: *********** (you didn't really think I would divulge this info in an open forum, did you?)

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I think the calculator on the boards here is wrong...but I can't decide whether it's for the 2 bedroom or the studio...either way...your info was invaluable & VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I think I have what I need. Thanks!

Just for fun, could you clarify the check-in and check-out dates you wanted to use? I'd like to play with it myself and see if it works.
