Can you transfer next UY points? My UY is Aug 1 to July 31. I banked my points this UY, before Jan 31st. But if some one needs points can I call and transfer the next UY's points? I know you can't transfer the bank portion. Also the banked points that won't be available to me now until after Aug 1st, can I rent these now or do I have to wait for them to be re-allocated.
