Points rental companiess

Can anyone recommend a points rental company? My niece want to rent some points this summer and has tried Dave's site but he can't find a large enough contract to help her. Has anyone used another company? She's nervous of a person to person rental.

Maybe you could consider 2 reservations at the same resort or staying at 2 different resorts and have 2 different vacations!
