My mom requested I ask this. This is our current points situation. As far as the 2013 points, do those have to be used by the end of August, or are they bankable? I assume the 2014 points can be banked, correct?

You can't really tell from this screen shot. Those points shown as 2013 could have been banked from 2012. If they were, they can't be banked again and expire 8/30/14 (assuming the use year is September). If they are September 2013 current year points, they would have to be banked by April 30 if you want to use them for a stay 9/1/14 or after.

They are September 2013 points. The 2 extra points were banked from the previous year. I know those will be lost for sure, but it sounds like 2013 points are bankable still?
