points question for trip in June 2009

My contract is 75 points, but used some 2008 so I only have 25 points coming to me in June. In June 2009 I would like to bring my sister and her family with me. We would use a 2 bedroom unit that would cost about 150-175 points. Since the reservation is in June 2009 use year, I'll be making the reservation in DVC non-home resort in December 2008.

Can I do this using the 25 points from June 2008 and 75 points from June 2009 and borrow the balance from June 2010. I was thinking I could since the trip will take place in 2009 use year and borrowing from 2010 was possible for a trip that would take place in my 2009 use year.

Am I okay?

Ok, let me see:
June '08 25 points
June '09 75 points
June '10 75 points.

You want your trip to be in June '09. If you bank your '08 points, that will give you 100 in your '09 UY. If you need more, you can borrow up to 75 from '10.

So you can have a max of 175 points for the reservation.
