points on DVC member page - resale add on

Hello,

We purchased a resale add on at a different resort. I've been checking daily online to see if they had our new resale contract up yet because I've been wanting to schedule additional time on an upcoming trip with some banked points i'll be receiving.

Does it take a few days for the website to show the banked points? The regular points showed up today but I'm wondering if they are just going over the info and then entering the banked points.

Anyone have this same experience?

I'm thinking that it might take a day or two until they have it set up correctly.

It can take several days because several different people work on the different items. Were the banked points in your contract? You could call Member Accounting if you don't want to wait.

Thanks Bill! Yes...they were part of the contract. The previous owner banked the points to 2011 uy. The banked points aren't showing up on the 2011 uy yet...just the regualr points.
