Points needed for Boardwalk Villa Studio Rental

I posted the Cape May email, reread it and noticed that I did not offer the alternative of simply purchasing the points for the dates mentioned. 10 dollars a point appears to be the standard. The dates have to be March 5th and 6th. We are visiting a friend in Sarasota and we need to be there the and 4th and the 6th for prior engagements. Thanks, Mike

I was checking with DVC member services for someone else and I asked about your dates as well, March 5 & 6.

They said there may be availability at a Boardwalk studio - preferred view at 14 points per night. Also there is definitely availability at an Old Key West studio for 11 points per night. Other resort's studios are booked for your dates.

I rent at $10 per point. If you haven't already secured your reservation and are interested please email me.

Thanks for the information. I have been lucky enough to secure a reservation from a lady who lives in Florida. I have another friend who currently is booked into the AKL with a savanna view for the same two days, March 5th and 6th. We stayed there last year and it was wonderful. However they are spending about twice what we are for their room. There is another gentleman who I am in contact with regarding the possibility of our friends switching over to the Boardwalk. If it does not work out I will be in touch. Thanks
