Points in account today (!) But "notification" has me confused...

Our points were loaded into our account today (yay!)
The Dashboard looks like this:



But there is a notification that says "Your Vacation Points for the 2020 Use Year will expire on June 1, 2021. Want to book a trip with your remaining Vacation Points?" (Link to book)
We were told the 173 points from 2020 were banked.
Should I call to verify our points were banked?? Or is that a generic email they send?

That looks like the 173 points from 2020 UY were banked into June 2021 to me.

It appears that the 173 banked 2020 points were banked into 2021. Your contract is for 210 points, right? The email is generic.

373 - 210 = 173

All is as it should be. Sometimes those notices are general and not specific. You can tell the points were banked because you have more in 2021 than the contract!

How many days did it take for your whole process? From when the ROFR was sent to the pointing being loaded in your account? We just passed ROFR on the 4th and I am freaking out because we have points 300 points that expire July 31 from 2019. I hope they can be loaded and we can manage to throw together a random trip

We passed ROFR March 30th, Had closing April 19th, Our account was created May 3rd, and points were loaded May 5th.

Correct! Thank you! I am excited to book but we already have one (rented points) scheduled for the end of the month. There's no way we could have slipped another trip in! haha!!
