Yes, Points can be used at any DVC resort. As long as the reservation is within the 7 month window.

I just posted because I need a transfer of 58 points to complete a reservation I just made for January 17th-24th at BLT. I need a transfer to so I can use the rest of my points and complete an additional 2 nights.

I'm actually looking to do this ASAP because the call window opens tomorrow for the 25th.
