I am new to this, but we want to go to Disney in August and have a 1 bedroom either at Saratoga or at the Beach Club. This would seem to cost either 125 points or 140 points. I would love to rent the Tree house and would be interested in purchasing extra points - I believe it would be 155.

Do you still have the points (did I calculate it properly?) and is there any availability for the above noted dates?
