I only have 77 points left. Possible for me to add some from next use year if wife agrees.

Points for rent- 293 @$11/pt for 100 points or more- $12/point under 100.
Please have specific dates in mind. Also, if you are able to view point charts and determine approximately how many points you will need, that will be helpful. Please note: OKW member since 1993 and I can book there 11 months from today's date. Your last date of your reservation should be 11 months out so all dates can be booked and verified all at once. All other resorts are 7 months out.
I have rented before and prefer another member as the process is easier to transfer points than to actually rent. I am able to accept credit card with address verification with an additional 2% charge. MC/Visa/Discover/Amex. Otherwise, you may pay via check. The credit card is run through my business and I will let you know in advance of the name so you don't freak out when you see a charge from it!
Process- You must provide the names, ages (birthdates for children), the start date of the reservation and the end date. Please provide alternatives to your original choice. Once I receive info, I will call Member services to check on availabilty of dates. If you want to add the Dining plan, that can be added by contacting me to call member services to add that. Payment for that is made upon YOUR arrival at check-in. Member Services will provide the total amount due for the Dining Plan at check-in. Every member in your reservation must opt for the plan. (See Below)
At that point, I get back with you to let you know of availability. After that, you decide on the rental and pay for 1/2 of the payment with credit card or mail check. Please note: Reservation is not booked until check is received. If reservation is not available at that point, I will notify you and you may choose other dates or not reserve. Check will be returned if you choose not to rent.
After I receive 1/2 payment, I will then confirm reservation with MS. You may pay the initial payment with credit card to get the reservation quickly so the dates are not booked by others. Either credit card payment or check are due within 7 days of your receipt of the reservation confirmation. I usually receive this within 7-10 days of booking the reservation. I can fax or mail this to you. Prompt payment is expected within 7 days of your receipt of that. Total time for entire process should be 18-21 days from the time you give the go ahead to book and pay the initial payment.
I will fax you a rental agreement same day for you to review and sign.
2-3 days if you choose to mail a check (not recommended to guarantee the reservation).
7-10 days for me to receive reservation confirmation.
2-3 days for you to receive reservation confirmation (if mailed).
7 days for you to make 2nd half of payment.
Thanks for looking and I hope we can arrange for a very magical visit for you and your family to the happiest place on earth (except around 2:00 p.m. when all the little kids melt down because of the lack of a nap).
Summer rentals for 2007 are very full at this point for all WDW rentals as well as HH. Fall rentals are more open. Xmas week is unlikely to happen starting with Thursday 12/20 through Tuesday 01/01 but I can always check dates. The 2 weeks prior to this date are optimal weeks to go since the crowds are at their lowest point and everything is decorated. No one likes to travel between Thanksgiving and Xmas and this is an incredible time to be there. Low crowds, decorations and great weather!
Dining Plan- My wife and a friend and child went in March and they chose this option. The daily dining plan is a GREAT deal if you plan on eating in the parks and at the resort hotels. Please go to www.disney.com to view info.
