DVC owner since 2001. I’ve rented multiple times with references available.

Please provide the following information for me to check availability:

• Resort wanted;
• Check-in and check-out dates;
• Room type;
• View preference, if applicable.

Once availability is confirmed and you want to continue with the booking, I’ll need the following information, which you can send in a PM:

• Names of everyone in your party, including Mr., Mrs., Ms.;
• Age of anyone 17 or younger at the time of arrival;
• Your home address;
• Your cell phone #;
• Your email address;
• Any special occasions being celebrated, i.e. birthday, anniversary.

Once the reservation is confirmed, I require half the total amount within 15 days. The remaining half is required at least 60 days before the arrival date. Payment by check, Zelle, or PayPal is accepted. If using PayPal, any option other than “Pay a Friend” using a bank account will require adding 3% to the total amount to cover fees.

Saratoga is showing a 1 bedroom standard for 223 points or a 1 bedroom preferred for 255. I don't have the points in this Use Year to cover this. Thanks...

Last minute, but do you see any availability for 7/9 to 7/13, 7/10 to 7/13, or 7/9 to 7/12? Any resort. I need to sleep a total of 8, but can do it in any combination of rooms and any room type available.

Saratoga: no studios but I see both one and 2 bedrooms and the treehouse villa. The 2 bedrooms sleep up to 9 and cheapest points is 150 for a standard room. Treehouse is 190 pts.
Old Key West: 2 bedroom sleeps up to 9 for 154 points.
Kidani: 2 bedroom sleeps up to 9 for 150 points

7-10 to 7-13:
Saratoga: no studios. 2 bedroom standard, 114 points. 3 bedroom grand villa 283 pts. Treehouse villa - 146 pts.
Kidani: 2 bedroom resort view, 115 pts. 3-bedroom grand villa, 289 pts
Old Key West: 2 bedroom, 118 pts
Copper Creek Cabin: 349 pts

7-9 to 7-12:
Saratoga: 2 bedroom standard, 111 pts. Treehouse villa, 139 pts.
OKW: 2 bedroom, 113 pts
Kidani: 2 bedroom, 110 pts, 3 bedroom grand villa Savanna View, 278 pts
Grand Floridian: 2 bedroom, 177 pts
Copper Creek Cabin: 335 pts
