Is there anything available at OKW 12/26-1/9/15? If so, what would the total cost be. Thank you in advance for your time!

Studio available all 14 nights, 218 points. @ $12, that would be $2616. I do not have enough points for a 1-BR or 2-BR, but those are available @ 438 and 590 points, respectively

New Year's Day not available "near Hospitality House."

Ok- trying to plan for a stay 12/20-12/26 (2014) for multi family. 6 Adults and 5 kids plus 1 infant. Thinking renting would be good, OKW?? What would that work out to be- is there a Grand Villa available- or would we have to split it up? Thanks for all your help!

I am sorry, only 1 of those 6 nights is available in a Grand Villa.

A 2-BR, which sleeps 9, is available for 240 points, near Hospitality House or not.

Studio available at 84, 1-BR available at 179.

Yes, we can request units to be together, to be in a specific building, ground floor, near the main pool, or whatever you want. However, there is no guarantee the request will be honored. They are pretty good about it, though.

Reports are that the earlier in the day you check in, the better your chance to get exactly what you want.

As AKV is not one of the home resorts for these points, I couldn't use them for you until 7 months out. That would be 5/21/14. I recommend you find someone with AKV points, who could book for you now.

There is availability in all units for those nights in a 1-BR. 39 points per night, 156 points total, $2340.

2-BR would be 208 points. Studio is 80. Even Grand Villa at 424 points!
