beach club capacity misunderstanding

First off sorry for the family trouble hope is everything is ok now.

Yes, Beach Club along with Boulder Ridge and boardwalk allow you to sleep up to five adults plus an infant of the reservation is made with points however you have to bring your own bedding for that fifth person. Also, unless there’s been some update, I believe you have to call member services to add the fifth person as it won’t let you do it online.

I would never think that when it says you need to bring your own bedding, it literally means THE BED! I always took that as it was a sleeper chair or something, or they would provide another mattress for the floor.

Unfortunate circumstances. I too have been in a extended situation at BC bell services that was all my fault but once I stuck my foot in my mouth I was left choking on it. We were lucky enough to have an assistant manager jump in and rescue both her employee and us. It wasn't ideal. It has left a taint on BC. So when another time at the BC we were given a room with a broken mattress, rather than deal with BC CS, we striped the bed, flipped/turned the mattress and remade the bed. I feel sorry for the OP as they were trying to recover from one situation and karma just kept being bad. IMO, the best place to stay is the Dolphin - LOL!!

I think I have heard of some people being supplied with an air mattress but we just keep one in our Owners Locker.
