To provide excellent customer service is my passion.

My home resort is OKW. I can make reservation for OKW 11 months out, and all other resorts 7 months out. My rate is $11.50 per point for the 500+ points mentioned.

I have an additional 200 points that will expire May 31, 2011 (right at the 7-month window). The rate for these 200 points is $10.50 per point. The free gift card promotion mentioned below still applies. Update: All discount points have been rented. In fact, due to overwhelming demand, I added more points to the pool to accommodate the few who checked with me early but decided late. Hope I got everybody who responded to me before I update this post covered!

I have rented points from others before, and have also rented points to many people before (all happy renters - 100% reference-able, and numerous referrals from past renters). References available upon request. To make you feel more comfortable working with me, I can also conference you in when making your reservation with Member Services if you like.

Payment Terms
• 50% deposit when I get you the reservation you want. For example, if I can only confirm 5 days of a 7-day reservation, with 2 days being wait listed, no deposit required until all the wait lists come through.
• Remaining balance due 90 days before check-in. Exception: If some days are still wait listed 90 days before check-in, the previous clause applies.
• At 45 days before check-in, regardless of wait list status, full payment required. For example, at 45 days before check-in, if I can only confirm 5 days of a 7-day reservation, with 2 days still being wait listed, you have the option of paying in full for the 5 days and continue to wait for the remaining 2 days, or cancel the reservation and owe me nothing.
• I accept personal checks. Other forms of payment negotiable.

Cancellation Policy: yes, I allow cancellation
• 30% fee charged if cancelled 45+ days before check-in.
- I will refund you what you have paid minus the 30% fee.
- 30% calculated based on total price, even if you have only paid the deposit.
• No refund if you cancel < 45 days before check-in.

Wait List: yes, I can wait list for you too
• No payment required if part of your desired reservation is wait listed. Exception: 45 days before check-in, full payment is required for all confirmed nights, even if some nights are still wait listed.
• Note: DVC only allows 2 wait lists, so I can only entertain the first 2 people requiring wait list.

Contract: I don't use a contract. This simply means I don't require you to sign anything. The details of how I work are all listed in this post. If you prefer, I can transfer this info to a pdf file for you.

Current Promotion: free $50 gift cards
I am giving out free $50 gift cards. I carry 200+ brands, including grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, and others. I will give you one $50 gift card for every 50 points you rent from me, up to three gift cards per rental. Here are some examples:
• renting 50 points => one $50 gift card
• renting 79 points => one $50 gift card
• renting 101 points => two $50 gift cards
• renting 150 points => three $50 gift cards
• renting 200 points => three $50 gift cards
If you are getting more than one gift card, you can choose gift cards of the same brand or different brands. Gift cards will be sent to your home address 2 to 4 weeks after I receive your first payment.

If you cancel your reservation 90+ days before check-in, you can keep the gift card(s), and I will refund you what you have paid minus the 30% fee. If you cancel between 45 and 90 days, I will refund you what you have paid minus the 30% fee and minus the value of the gift card(s) you have received. If you cancel < 45 days before check-in, no refund, but you can still keep the gift card(s).

If you are not interested in the gift cards, contact me to discuss pricing.

If you want me to check resort availability for you, please e-mail me the following info:
• dates (check-in and check-out dates; if flexible or multiple dates, rank them in order)
• resort (if more than one, rank them in order)
• room type (studio, one-bedroom, etc.)
• names of all adults
• names and ages of all children
• address (only required for making reservation)
• phone number (only required for making reservation, but would be helpful for me to contact you)

If you have any question, don't hesitate to ask me. There is absolutely no obligation, even if you don't plan to work with me. Contact me by e-mail or phone would work best with me. But of course, you can PM me or add a comment to this thread.

Happy Magical Disney Vacation planning!

I also have 2 confirmed regional and 1 confirmed systemwide (electronic) upgrades for United Airlines. These upgrades will expire at the end of this month (November 2010). If you can use them, please let me know, whether or not you plan to work with me on DVC rental.
Update: The 2 regional upgrades have been claimed. The systemwide upgrade is still available.

In case you are not familiar with these upgrades, confirmed regional lets you upgrade a one-way flight within a region (like within the United States). Confirmed systemwide lets you upgrade a one-way flight anywhere in the world (for example, from the United States to Australia). Only one cabin upgrade is allowed (from economy to business or from business to first). And the ticket must be a paid ticket designated as upgrade eligible (upgrade eligible tickets may or may not be more expensive than tickets without the designation).

I haven't checked the November upgrade availability. But given the current economy, it is probably doable. I am able to get upgrades in January 2011 (U.S. to Asia). But United Airlines has not opened up the Christmas 2010 upgrade seats yet. They usually wait until last minute before opening up upgrade seats around major holidays, especially Christmas.

Hello MDeSimone,

Thanks for your interest in checking with me. When you say Dec 16 to 21, I assume you mean checking out on Dec 21, for 5 nights.

I suppose you expect this already, there is not much of anything available in Dec. For BCV, there is absolutely nothing, not a single night, for either one-bedroom or studio. For BWV, none of the nights you want. What they do have is:
- 12/8 one-bedroom standard view
- 12/23 one-bedroom preferred view
- 12/23 studio any view

I went ahead and checked all other resort availability in Dec.
- SSR: 12/13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 (6 nights)
- OKW: 12/15, 16, 17 (3 nights); 12/23, 24, 25 (3 nights)
- VWL: 12/22, 23, 24, 25 (4 nights)

Let me know if you are interested in any of these, or want me to check anything else. I am happy to wait list for you as well.

Happy Disney vacation planning!

I am abit in advance but want points for 7 nights 8th dec -15th dec '11'.When do your points finish?

Hello crabbie1,

What resort are you interested in? Dec 2011 is 13 months away. Even for my home resort (OKW), I can only book to Oct 2011 right now. For all other resorts, only to Jun 2011.

"When do your points finish?" Are you asking me when my points expire? I certainly will have points for Dec 2011. Or are you asking me whether I have run out of points? For the $10.50 points, I expect it will run out by the end of today. For the $11.50 points, I almost always have points.

Let me know if there is anything I can help. If you tell me what resort, I am happy to keep you in my list and contact you again when I am in the 11-month or 7-month window (depending on your resort preference).

Thanks for stopping by.

You are a very thorough renter, though I am not interested in renting points I just want to comment on how well you presented yourself. If I was in the market to rent points I would definately consider you. Good for you. :thumbsup2

a742246, thank you for the comment. :upsidedow It is very nice of you.

I like to provide the best service I can. May be one day, everybody in the market to rent points will think of me first. :cool2:

Looking for a Studio at Animal Kingdom Kidani Village for May 1 - May 6, 2011 (5 nights).
Thanks in advance for your help,
Larry

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a possibility of getting 3 nights for 5 adults in a one bedroom checking in 12/10/2010 and checking out 12/13/2010 (Also, if possibly what would be the cost of a 2 bedroom if there is availability).

This is a very impromptu trip that I'm taking my mom, brother, sister-in-law and spouse on that i am treating them to (especially my mom as she has been unemployed 3 years now and she absolutely loves Disneyland and has never been during the holidays).

If you could get back to me if this is possible and points/price wise that would be awesome.

Signed,
Jared

Jared,

You are so kind to treat your mom and sister to a Disney trip.

I checked for somebody else earlier today. In the whole month of Dec, at GCV, there is only one night (12/17) with a one-bedroom available. I did also checked on two-bedroom but can't remember the exact availability other than for sure no 3 consecutive nights.

A two-bedroom for those 3 nights (12/10 check-in, 12/13 check-out) requires 205 points. I will check availability again in the morning and get back to you. By the way, the 188 points you indicated would be for 4 nights including the night of 12/13 (checking out 12/14). A one-bedroom for 3 nights is 154 points. A two-bedroom for 4 nights is 250 points.

Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to serve you.

Larry,

While I did not specifically checked 5/1 - 5/6, I did check AKV availability in May earlier today for somebody else. In general, Kidani Village has more availability than Jambo House.

So if you don't insist on a specific view, I'm almost certain I can get you a studio in Kidani Village. If all views are available, would you prefer Savannah or Standard View? Note that Value View tends to run out first.

I will check with Member Services for your specific dates in the morning. If you get around to, please let me know you view preference before I call Member Services.

Expect to hear good news back from me. :yay:

Hollis,
Thanks for the quick reply! We would prefer a standard (or value if available) view, but would consider Savannah if standard is not available. I look forward to working with you!
Larry

email sent! looking for a 2 bedroom Dec 2-5 for 3 adults and 1 child. AKL, VWL, BWV, or BCV.:)

Larry, I am able to get you a Standard View studio at Kidani Village for 5/1 - 5/6 (5 nights).

Sorry when I said Value View tends to run out first, I failed to mention only Jambo House has Value View. Kidani Village only has Standard View and Savannah View. And Value View at Jambo House for your requested nights are not available anyway.

PM'ed you with more details. Hope to hear back from you soon. Please e-mail me. Thanks!

Jared, for the whole month of Dec, in GCV, only 12/17 is available in a one-bedroom, and 12/11 & 12/17 are available in a two-bedroom. Well, at least one of the three nights you want is available in a two-bedroom :).

I guess this doesn't work too well for your needs. Let me know if there is anything else I can assist.

TXARISTOCAT, as communicated with you directly, for the 3 nights you want, there is no two-bedroom available in any of the resorts (with the exception of SSR having 1 night, 12/3). If anything should open up before your check-in date, I will let you know.

Hope the one-bedroom you currently have will bring magic to your Disney vacation!

I know that this is unlikely to be available but...

I'd love a studio at BLT for 7-Jan to 9-Jan 2011. I'd take any view.

Thanks.

Looking for check in on December 9th any resort (we are not too picky) in a studioor one bedroom with check out on December 11th. It would be for two adults and two children, our son is turning 8 on the 11th. Thank you in advance for checking.

A little late to reply this afternoon. Taking it easy for a change. :)
Oh, and my weekends are usually busy with the kids so the next couple of days I will only check in once every few hours.

crashbb, BLT has a MK view studio for 1/8 for 22 points. 1/7 is not currently available. Other views unavailable for either night. If you are interested, I am happy to reserve one night and wait list the other night for you. If the wait list doesn't come through by 12/5, we will cancel both the wait list and the reserved night. If interested, please e-mail me all details requested in the first post of this thread. If you want me to check something else, just let me know.

disneymom626, just read your post and Member Services is closed for the day already. I don't think there is much chance. Of the various things I checked over yesterday and today, looks like Dec is pretty well booked. But I will check in the morning and get back to you.

Have a great weekend everybody!
