Points for rent: 400 SSR points @ $18/point available January 1, 2025

We have 400 SSR points @ $18/point starting 8/1/25. We have been a member of the boards for a number of years.

Points are available for all resorts. Reservations can be made at SSR 11 months prior to your stay. For all other DVC resorts, reservations can be made 7 months prior to your stay.

Terms: Points will be $18/point for all resorts. Reservations 50 points or less will be $20/point for all resorts. A 25% deposit is required once the reservation has been made in your name. Balance would be due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Payment by PayPal or check is acceptable.

Any reservation that is cancelled prior to a trip will forfeit deposit of 25%.

I am very interested in Sunday 9/14/25 - Thursday 9/18/25 for 2 Adults in a Studio (cheapest view possible, since we only plan to sleep there).

I see that OKW currently has Monday, 9/15/25 - Thursday, 9/18/2025 available, so that will work. I can make other plans for Sunday if needed.

Resort (priority): AKL/Jambo, SSR, BWV, OKW
Room type: Studio preferred but would consider 1br, depending on price.

(We would also consider our dates to be January 11th-15th, if this makes the cost more affordable)

Good morning! The only studio for January 12-16 for all days is SSR, standard 48 points or preferred 52 points. OKW has 3 days available 1/12-1/15.
