Home Resort: Disney's Old Key West (OKW) - Can book other resorts within 7 months and OKW up to 11 months out (e.g. Christmas / New Years).
I believe that OKW has the largest villas.

March-Feb use year
$19/point for rental
10% additional for point transfer (Only one transfer per use year)

I am needing accommodations for 5 people, (4 adults and 1 child, 17) Friday, October 10-14th. I know almost everything is on waitlist. I am aiming for something like a 1-bedroom at OKW, or a 1-bedroom that now accommodates 5 people.

You are correct, those are tough dates.

OKW has the nights of Oct 10th and Oct 12th in a 1br (you may be able to get a paid night for the
SSR has the night of Oct 10th in a Standard or Preferred 1br
