Points for Rent: 350 points available @ $10 per point

I have 350 points for rent that must be used by 1/31/09. I will rent for $10 per point and would prefer to rent a minimum of 100 points. <b>Paypal only.</b> Thanks!

We are looking for a 2 bedroom at OKW for 9 nights checking in Dec 25, checking out Jan 3 (450 + Points). Alternate properties in order of preference: BWV, RRS, BCV

I know that this is a hard reservation to get due to the Holidays. We are hoping for last minute cancellations.

If all nine nights are not available then we would take 2 consecutive resv. at different properties. I can provide reference. We have use this forum many times and have always had positive results.

Hi...can you explain a little more about how the price per point works? Is it just the flat fee per point or is there tax, etc? Also, how are payment details handled. For example, full balance due at time of booking? We already have ressies in December, but would be interested to changing to a Villa if available. Thanks!

It is a flat fee of $10 per point. The full balance would be required at the time of booking. Do you have specific dates and resort I could help you with?

Yes! We are splitting our time between the Swan and would like to see if AKL 1 Bedroom (prefer Savannah view) is available December 17 for 4 nights. I believe it is 144 points?

Can we add on Disney Dining too and is that booked through you? What type of confirmation do we receive with payment?

I completely forgot to ask...is there a cancellation policy? I know that DVC members have to cancel 31 days in advance and just use the points in a certain time frame, but how does it work when renting points?
I have not had to cancel or change a reservation as of yet...knock on wood, but you just never know.
