Points for Rent: 304 points VWL - $10 per point

These are for a December 2008 use year, which means they expire November 30, 2009.

Please let me know the following:
1. To secure a reservation please state the dates of interest and type of accommodations (providing more then one option and/or making your reservations early, makes things easier)
2. Your full name and address-the number of people in your party and any special requests (smoking, crib, etc)

Payment arrangements are:
(1) $50 nonrefundable initial payment (via money order, registered check, or PayPal) due 7 days after I notify you of the reservation details.
(2) Remaining balance due 15 days after receiving a copy of the official Disney reservation confirmation documents.
(3) You are subject to the same cancellation/booking rules as I would be.
If you wisht to pay via PayPal...you cover the fees...roughly 5%.

We've done this once before a couple of years ago and it went smoothly. Normally we use them all for ourselves...just not enough time next year!

We would be looking at a 2br villa. 1st choice Beach Club, 2nd choice Boardwalk and 3rd choice Wilderness. I know points needed for Beach Club are 278. Let me know if this is doable. We rented once before and it went very well and we had a great time.

I'm looking to book 1/21/09 to 1/30/09 at BCV in a Studio... If those dates are blocked any 9 consecutive nights in January or early Feb will work. 2nd choice hotel would be AKV (if that's open yet, I can't remember if it is) and then Boardwalk Villas. If needed, any DVC is ok. Do you have availability? The stay would be for 2 adults.
