Points for Rent: 250 OKW points at $16/point

Hello! We have 250 points available for rent that we will not be using this year. They are available for use towards reservations beginning August 1st.

Reservations can be made at OKW 11 months prior to your stay and at all other DVC resorts 7 months prior to your stay.

Terms: $16/point. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required once the reservation has been made in your name and the final balance would be due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that any cancellations within 90 days of your check-in date are non-refundable, however we're always more than happy to assist in re-booking.

Hi! I’ve just taken a look into your dates and preferred resorts and unfortunately there is no availability for studios. I checked Riviera for the 14th-18th and there is availability for a one bedroom, however I’m unable to book outside of Old Key West until 7 months prior to the check in date.

Hi there! It looks like there's availability at Saratoga Springs, but unfortunately I do not have enough points available to accommodate the stay as it requires 315 for a standard room and 370 for a preferred room.

Hello! I'm so sorry for the oversight. I just went back in and confirmed that I can actually accommodate your stay if you're still interested! It looks like Saratoga Springs is still the only available option for a 3 bedroom (both standard and preferred view) during your preferred time frame.
