Reservations can be booked 11 months prior to your check in date at the Villas at the Grand Floridian (230 points), Animal Kingdom Lodge (220 points already rented), Riviera Resort (90 points) and the Polynesian Villas (240 points rented) beginning December 1, 2021 forward.

Coming soon - check in beginning February 1, 2022
400 Aulani and 150 BLT points

Pricing / Payment options available
$18.00 per point paid in full at time of reservation, non-refundable (0-11 months prior to check in)
$19.00 per point equal monthly payments (0 -10 months prior to check in, final monthly payment must be completed 30 days prior to check in)

Cancellation protection optional - $2 per rented point
0-7 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $9 per point
8 -44 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $8 per point
45- 89 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $7 per point
90-180 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $4 per point
6 - 11 months prior to arrival months total rental amount minus $2 per point
