I have 222 points ( OKW is my primary resort but those points can be used at any Disney resort as long as the reservation at a different resort is made no earlier then 7 months of the arrival date ) for rent at $13/point to be used between February 1st and January 31st,2017.

I noticed some of the posts reporting the unresponsiveness of the OP, and I want to provide my experience so far.

I requested information about availability this morning, and he checked on availability and responded to me in a little over an hour after I sent my email. I was impressed with his promptness.

I may not rent the points, because the dates don't quite work out. But I wanted to share my positive experience. I know that it is human nature (especially for me) to focus on and only report the negative. I felt impressed to share my positive experience to give potential renters a more complete picture. By doing so, my intent is not to discount the negative experiences of the other posters.

I would like to put my two cents in...Dr. Barat responded to me very quickly and in the time span of 24 hours he checked availability, quoted me a price, made the reservation ,and gave me two ways to complete payment ....in less than a week I am good to go in the room I wanted for less than half the price if I wanted to book this thru Disney...I will not hesitate to call on him next year if I need points...
