We have 200 SSR points available for rent. Use year is May 2011. We offer rentals at SSR up to 11 months in advance including the Treehouse Villas; seven months in advance at all other DVC resorts.

If interested, please Include:
Check-in date
Check-out date
First choice - resort and villa size
backup choice - resorts and villa size
number of people staying in the villa
your contact information (email and daytime phone)

All requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

50% non-refundable deposit due at upon receipt of written confirmation from Disney. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

I am looking for 43 points and the availability of a studio at the AK checking in this Friday the 17th and checking out Monday the 20th. It is for myself and my two daughters. If there is nothing available at the AK then a studio at the Wilderness Lodge would be my second choice (I believe that would be 59 points). I have never rented points before and I am getting different info from different people. I hope you can help.
