What does "Banked" points mean?

Points not used in their use year can be banked, or saved, for one year. They must be used the next year. In essence, you could use your points once every 3 years, with banking and borrowing.

We are looking to take a vacation to Disney staying at the Animal Kingdom, We would be using the weekly rate of 119 Pts for the time period of September 18th - September 25th. We would like the C - Killimanjaro Club Concierge Deluxe Studio. We would like a room with the view of the animals if possible. We would also need the magical express & dining plan accomodations. There would be 2 adults and 1 4yr old child
Or we would use the weekly rate of 103 for the AKL Jambo Savannah View
We are undecided about the concierge, whether it is worth it or not.
