Points/Cash Same Room?

Hello,

I have a studio booked with points for a Sunday-Thursday night. Then I have a studio booked from CRO (Cash) for a Friday and Saturday Night.

My question is will they link these room toghether? Will I need to check out and then back in? Is there something I should do to make this a bit easier??

Did you make your ressies at the same time? If so, then the CM probably linked the rooms automatically, so you will just stay in one room as though it was all on points. If you made the ressies at different times, and did not mention that you already had a ressie, or you used two different contracts, then you need to call Central Reservations just to be sure. As far as this ressie goes, this is the same as any other ressie, but for the front desk it's a paper trail for them to follow so they know just how the room is being paid for.

I thought if you made the reservation through Membership Services, it would be painless and could be linked, but if you make it through CRO, they can't link it, you would have to call membership services back to ask them to link it. Is this true?
