Points Banking Reminders

Does anyone know if there is a way to set up getting an email reminder from Disney to remember to "bank" points by the deadline? This is the second year I've forgotten to do so. I'd appreciate any suggestions or tips to help me manage this better (other that listing it on my paper calendar - which I often forget to do, or forget to look at the calendar).

There is a reminder on the website that tells you how many points you have to bank and when you need to bank them by. Just log into your points and the message is there.

I just have an annual recurring reminder on my iCal calendar and it sends me an e-mail a few days before.

There are a few DVC apps in the iPhone store - I think I own at least 2, but I didn't find either of them to be useful to me.

What kind of email program do you use? I use Gmail at home and Outlook at work and both of them have a calendar feature. Just remember to set the "send reminder" feature to true in whatever you're using. It'll generate an email and that will remind you.

I also use the clock feature on my iPhone to set reminders. But there is a calendar feature there as well.

We do all of those suggestions, but I also check my online DVC account at least once a month, and there is always a reminder there about when and how many points you need to bank.
