Hi all, We are looking into DVC, and were wondering if we do not use our points one year, how many years do they "Rollover" before they HAVE to be used?

TIA,

Super.

Before eight months pass in the current year, you can bank any of the current year points. They have to be used by the end of the next use year.

You can borrow one year, use a current year and bank the previous year's points to get up to three years of points to use for a trip. But if your trip starts in one use year and ends in another, you can even use up to four year's worth of points.

They don't automatically "roll over". You have to bank them.

They do not rollover ... one year can be "banked" into the next year, but this is something you as a member must actively do 4 months before the end of your use year. It is a final transaction, which means that once they have been banked they cannot be used in the prior year nor can they be banked again. So the basic answer to your question is that once banked they have to be used in the next use year.

You may also borrow from the next use year, and therefore it is possible to use 3 years worth of points at one time.

Thank you. I was going to ask if this was possible. I have never seen it mentioned but thought "why not?"
