If I add on 50 pts at BWV and have the same use year as my 200 pts at BCV's, can I use them all ( total) at the 11 month window for either resort?

No, you'll only be able to use the 50 BWV points at BWV at the 11 month window and the 200 BCV points at BCV at the 11 month window. At the 7 month window, you can then combine points.

And remember that use year has nothing to do with booking window...but personally, I'd still try to keep the same use year, even if buying through resale.
