Point Orlando

Anyone have experience staying here? We are a group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) so it was difficult to find a reasonably priced option. For the price I don't expect it to be luxury but is it okay?

We stayed here three years ago and will be heading there again at the end of this week. Don't hear much about it on here but we loved it. It is very close to Universal, like a mile or two. The rooms are large and very clean. There is no restaurant but a small breakfast area and bar/food by the pool. We didn't spend time by the pool last time but it looked very nice.

Thanks that's good to hear. We are going in January so likely won't be using the pool much but with 7 of us I'm very glad the rooms are big.

We stayed here about two years ago at Christmas time. The hotel was nice and was very close to Universal. The pool was big and there was a bar by the pool. Breakfast was purchase only but decent. We arrived at 4pm and they said that the room was not ready still which was a big bummer since we had spent quite a bit at the parks and just wanted to sit down and the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The room was nice though and easy to find.
