Point me in the right Direction!??

I know this is not the palce but I hope to get either an answer or be directed to the right location.

I used to have an image on the bottom of my posts but now it is gone..... i tried going to it's location but keep getting error message. Did something change......... It has been gone for quite awhile, but I actually am taking a moment to look into it...finally.

Any help would be great!
