What is good point and shoot camera, to capture good Disney photos.

For this you will need a good photographer.
Tiger Woods could play a round of golf with a cheap set of clubs and still beat me with a really really nice set, one hundred times out of a hundred.
Photography, not totally but to a large extent this applies.
I can switch from my $2300 Nikon D7000 setup to my girlfriends $200 p&s and by using good composition(like the rule of thirds...just google it if you don't know what I mean), and other simple things like not centering the horizon in the photo; I can get great results.
